Francis is Hallam’s Head of Experience, specialising in User Experience (UX) and visual design.
With 15 years of working in digital industries, Francis was Lead UX / UI Designer at Boots for around a decade, where he also worked with brands such as Chanel, Unilever, Dior, P&G and the NHS.
Joining Hallam as a Senior Creative Designer, Francis soon progressed to Head of Experience, leading the agency’s UX and UI function, working across a wealth of business and digital problems to create meaningful and lasting experiences for their customers.
Outside of the office, Francis is a big true crime fan and believes he would make an excellent detective.
