He rose to board level to develop the tech and marketing presence for a major national recruitment business, building and managing multi-million-pound accounts for over 15 years.
Tim is passionate about identifying ‘best practice’ in all its forms within search & selection, and a firm advocate that lessons should be learnt from the mass commoditisation of the recruitment sector.
